How to keep my cat from escaping?!!?!?!?

I have this one cat, a grey tabby (male) longhaired we got from a backyard breeder who didn't even know what day they were born on. Then i have a female cat from the same place who is striped and shorthaired. The female, when the door is opened will stare outside, sometimes wonder out a couple feet, but when we see her she runs back inside like her lfe depends on it. Now the grey cat ran outside while the door was only cracked open and someone was standing in the whole. Why are the cats so different and how should i go about encouraging them NOT to go outside??? Is cleaning my coin collection with Brasso a good way to clean them?

I collect the Lincoln pennies, Jefferson nickels, Washington quarters, and the Roosevelt dimes. There are some that are so dirty and so stained, I was wondering if using Brasso cleaner is a good method of cleaning the coins. It would make my collection look very nice I am sure, but will it harm them in anyway? Does it really take away from any value that they may have? If so, are there good alternatives? I live with my mom, grandma and younger brother. My younger brother is never home and I don't blame him because being at home is hell. We're not the most loving family. What does bother me is that my mom and grandma are constantly bickering and complaining. 17 month old with eczema?

i think my baby girl might have eczema , a few weeks ago she has a small dry/ red spot on her leg about the size of a nickel, we kept putting lotion on it and now it's almost all gone, then a few days ago we noticed another spot like it on her arm, this one is now also going away, but last night we noticed two bigger ones on her hip, each about the size of a quarter, right under where her diaper straps things are, it didn't seen to be dry at first just red but now they seem to be getting a little bit dry, all of this spots do itch her, she scratches more at night while sleeping, we are taking her to our doctor next week, but i just wanted to know what you guys think...

My boyfriend and I have been together 2 years, July 4th is our anniversary actually. We are both 25 years old. My boyfriend is highly educated but is very dependent on his father sometimes financially but mostly emotionally. For example: he recently failed an insurance licensing exam, instead of coming to me and talking to me (we live together) he ran to the phone and called his dad and talked to him for over an hour about it. Any time anything bad happens in his life he instantly runs to his dad for advice. I honestly dont think he can make any serious decisions on his own without his fathers input. His father also encourages this behavior, he will call/text me some mornings (especially if he knows my bf has an important appointment or meeting in the morning) and ask me if my bf is up and getting ready, like it is really his duty to wake him up every morning. I feel like my bf and I should be in a partnership and we should be able to navigate through our lives together ON OUR OWN without wondering what his dad thinks or wants. Right now it feels like he and his father are in the partnership and Im like second fiddle. We recently moved out of state from his family and mine (because of his job) and I thought it would make things better and his dad would back off a little. It really hasnt changed anything though. Im really frustrated at this point. I want to marry this man but I cant live the rest of my life playing second fiddle to his father. I have told him all this before but it doesnt really change. Weight loss help pronto!!?

I need to lose weight. I'm not obese at all. I am about 5'7' - 5'8' and I weight about 175. I have tried everything I can but nothing works. I do not drink any beverage that has sugar in it. Including orange juice and alcohol. This is because I am a type 1 diabetic. I must lose 25 pounds if I am to be at a healthy weight in order to better manage my diabetes. It might not seem like it to others, but my doctor even says that I need to lose the weight. I limit my portion sizes and eat whole wheat breads(as I have always done since birth!!). Last month I worked out 5 days a week for an hour on my tread climber. But, I didn't lose any weight. And I mean nothing!!!!!!! If you think my workouts aren't at a high enough intensity I either walk 2.5 miles, run 1.5 miles, or I use the tread climber part and walk at 2.0-2.5 mph until I burn 500 calories (roughly 45-60 minutes). By no means is my body used to this seeing as how I alternate my goals and workout daily in order to encourage my body to just "Let GO" of the fat.

I don't know your area at all, and what's available for you in terms of colleges, but if you don't get in where you want to go, go to a community college for 2 years then transfer. You're going to have to do a bachelor's degree before med school, so there's time to get things going. Go to a website of a medical school you'd like to go to, then find the admission requirements. That will tell you what you need to study while in undergraduate school. This way you will have a game plan all throughout college that will help you reach your goal. If you aren't very good at planning schedules and what courses you should take, print out the requirements and take it in to your advisor every semester to help plan your course load. You may not end up at Harvard for med school, but you can definitely still go. Also, while in undergrad, look into workshops that will help with test anxiety so that when you take the MCAT you don't have the same problem.

I suffer from chronic pain and the doctors have very little answers as to why..?

So I have decided upon doing some of my own research to attempt to change my diet and take the nutritional approach. I do not want to be dependent on drugs that treat my symptoms I want this pain to stop. One obvious solution is to loose weight. I am 5'5 and I weigh 195 lbs. and I am female. The pain is in my left leg and generates from my knee, down my calf, and over the top of my foot. I have had MRI's, nerve conductivity tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, and physical therapy. Problem is that because of my pain it has the created me to take to not being as physically active as I once was. I hurt to stand, I hurt to sit, I hurt to lay down, I hurt to do just about any damn thing. I have very few moments that are actually pain free. I have suffered from depression due to all this pain. I cannot describe other then I just freaking hurt all the time. Even squatting down so I can use the toilet hurts! So anyone with any advice on what activities or items to remove from my diet that I may be able to do that could by chance encourage my weight loss and pain free desires?

I would try the ALPINE MRP-M500. it puts out 500 watts rms at 2 ohms. it cost $200 bucks and is a rock solid performer. i used it to push three P1S812 12" Rockford subs and it played really deep rich bass, never heated up and never blew any fuses. or you could try the Rockford Fosgate R500-1 mono block sub amp, it puts out about 520 watts RMS and comes with a remote gain control knob. this amp goes for $220 bucks. also a very nice amp. the amp has a bigger heatsink in size, i replaced the ALPINE with this amp.

I have this spot on my leg i say the size of a nickel, and its been there for a year and a half so far, it hasnt bother me, no pain no itching no nothing. Theres white hair growing out of it. This week I noticed a painful lump on my head. The doctor can't see me for another week. I'd love to move on but I can't :(?

I called my boyfriend not too long ago and told him that I just can't find enough reasons to stay with him. But he always has me so convinced that he will change. I have people on here telling me that him grabbing me is a sign of abuse but I'm not too sure if it is. Help! My Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree is Losing Tons of Leaves?

I've had my 2-3 year old Dwarf Meyer Lemon tree since winter, and generally have had no problems. There was a brief incident with scale, but that is now under control. The tree has blossomed and now is starting to produce lemons. But about two weeks ago, it started losing leaves like crazy. There are several lemons-to-be on the tree, two about the size of nickels and they seem okay, although some tinier ones have fallen off. There is no apparent cause for the sudden balding. Any ideas? I live in Oregon. Through the cold/rainy season I keep the tree indoors with a special light to make the tree think he is in sunny southern California. I moved him outside earlier this week in an attempt to stop the loss of leaves. So far it seems to be helping. Today I lost only 2 leaves, whereas indoors he was losing around 6 a day. Maybe he just needed some humid outdoor air? I have the tree potted in a soil recommended by my local garden center, mixed with a bit of the shavings that the tree was mailed to me in, as the potting instructions suggested. I don't know how the soil could be the cause of this issue though, since the tree has been in the same mix since November and has done well up until now. Any ideas of what could be causing the loss of leaves? Or suggestions on how to make it stop? Thank you!

Why is my friend being like this with me?

My friend found this boy on Facebook that was a mutual friend with this boy. She rather fancied him but was too shy to add him so she told me to add him first to see if he'll accept.
