17 month old with eczema?

i think my baby girl might have eczema , a few weeks ago she has a small dry/ red spot on her leg about the size of a nickel, we kept putting lotion on it and now it's almost all gone, then a few days ago we noticed another spot like it on her arm, this one is now also going away, but last night we noticed two bigger ones on her hip, each about the size of a quarter, right under where her diaper straps things are, it didn't seen to be dry at first just red but now they seem to be getting a little bit dry, all of this spots do itch her, she scratches more at night while sleeping, we are taking her to our doctor next week, but i just wanted to know what you guys think...
