CHILD SUPPORT....HELP?

I have a case open in ohio....I tnk a felony warrnt now. I ain't been working....I have a new son....I asked for modification and they denied me....I don't want to be a dead beat....the president extends unemployment do to the job market....why ain't there been a adjustment to child support....so I go to prison and all my kids loose there dad? I wanna go to college but I messed up before and I owe 1600....and they said it has to be payed before I can get aid? Please....I'm.
